Murchison Falls National Park sits on the shore of Lake Albert, in northwest Uganda. It’s known for Murchison
Falls, where the Victoria Nile River surges through a narrow gap over a massive drop. Park wildlife includes
elephants and hippos, and there are chimpanzees in the Kaniyo Pabidi mahogany forest. The Lake Albert Delta is
home to rare shoebill storks. There are game fish in the cascades of Karuma Falls.
Queen Elizabeth national park Uganda’s most popular game reserve for Uganda safaris and certainly one most
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a biodiverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. Its home to the
world’s remaining mountain gorillas, who feed on roots, leaves and fruits from the park’s many tree and fern
species. Restricted numbers of viewing permits help protect the endangered gorilla families. In the park, rough paths
weave amid dense forests, which are home to many butterflies and birds.
Full Trip details;

Day 1: Kampala – Murchison falls national park.
6:30 – 7:30am: Morning breakfast.
08:00am: You will transfer to Murchison falls national park after your guide has briefed you on your
trip. Murchison falls National Park where the Victoria Nile River surges through a narrow gap over a massive
drop. Park wildlife includes elephants and hippos, and there are chimpanzees in the Kaniyo Pabidi mahogany forest.
The Lake Albert Delta is home to rare shoebill storks. There are game fish in the cascades of Karuma Falls.
You will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongora.
Zana – , Entebbe Road – Kampala.
01:00 – 02:30: You will have your group Lunch, after proceed towards the national park.
On arrival a Cold Scented Towel to cool your face as you will be provided as you are in the dry hot Savannah of
Uganda; followed by chilled welcome drink serenaded by the Cultural Troupe of Acholi, check in, relax by the
swimming pool.
6.00pm Welcome cocktails, Sundowners and snacks will be served on the Terrace overlooking the
Beautiful Pool and River Nile as it cascades on its journey to Egypt. You shall marvel at this site as you
are wowed by the view in front of you.
7.30pm Group Dinner in the Lodge restaurant.
After Dinner Enjoy the camp fire as you listen to the story of the Acholi people of Uganda as told by the
local story teller.
Overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge (Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise.
After an early morning warm up tea/coffee with a muffin, 6:30am you will transfer Paraa side with a mini
game drive.
6:30 am depart Chobe Safari Lodge and Head into the National Park for your first phase of the game
drive in the Murchison Falls National Park while doing a game drive Game Reserve as you work your
way to the National Park.
8.30 am to 10.00am Bush Breakfast at the Top of the Murchison Falls national Park.
After breakfast you continue on your game drive to the northern bank in search of animals like: lions,
leopards, elephants, giraffes, hartebeests, oribis, Uganda kobs, buffaloes among other animal and bird
species that your guide will help you spot. This will see you return to check in at Paraa Safari lodge and
relax by the pool
12.30– 1.30pm Group Lunch.
02.00 – 5.00pm Three hours boat ride on the Nile River to the bottom of falls where you will have the
opportunity to view Animals like; hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks, buffaloes and elephants on the river
05.00 pm Return to your lodge freshen up and have a relaxed time at the Bar before the Group Dinner.
Retire at leisure
.Overnight at Paraa safari lodge. (Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

Day 3: Murchison falls national park – Bwindi National park.

6.00am Early Morning Coffee and Muffins at Paraa Safari Lodge
6.30am Game drive at the Delta to see the wildlife not seen the day before and for better picture moments
as well as watch the Sunrise over the Savanah Park. This game drive will take you through the scenic
Buligi area west of Paraa to the Delta Point (where the Victoria Nile passes through the Norther tip of
Lake Albert to become the Albert Nile), and takes around three hours. Expect to see elephant, buffalo,
rare Rothschild giraffe, Jackson’s hartebeest and oribi. With luck, lion and perhaps even a leopard may be
9: 30Am Return for full breakfast and check out of the lodge.
11:30 am transfer to Pakuba airstrip for your check in.
01:00pm 2:15pm you will take your scheduled flight to Queen Elizabeth national park – Mweya airstrip,
Fly over the top of the Murchison Falls which gives you magnificent views.
On arrival at the Airstrip your cars will be waiting for you.
On arrival a Cold Scented Towel and a cool glass of Juice and then guided to check in desk.
02:30 pm: Late Group Lunch
6.00pm Welcome cocktails, Sundowners and snacks will be served on the Terrace overlooking the
Beautiful Pool and Kazinga channel by Mweya peninsula.
7.30pm Group Dinner in the Lodge restaurant and Retire at Leisure.
Overnight at Mweya safari Lodge (FB).

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth national park – Game drive – Ishasha Sector Game drive.
06:30am: Early morning Group Breakfast.
07:30: After your early morning breakfast, you will head for a game drive along Kasenyi tracks and
Queens Mile in search of animals like: lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas,
mangoose, waterbucks, kobs and, if you’re lucky the leopard and about 606 bird species recorded here.
You will continue and drive to the southern part of the park in Ishasha sector. This will see you continue
on a game drive coming across herds of buffaloes, elephants and countless of different antelopes, birds of
all kinds around you, and searching for tree climbing lions of this sector. Your guide will point out what
you otherwise might miss.
01:00 – 2: 30 Group wilderness Lunch by the river.
After your lunch you will transfer for a game drive down to the Lake Edward flood plains and you just
might find a shoebill stork if you look carefully and once again you will have the assistance of the guide
on board to assist you and hopefully you will see an occasional leopard and spot more tree climbing
05:30pm Arrive back to the Lodge for a relaxed evening.
07:30 Group Dinner and retire at leisure. Overnight at Mweya safari Lodge (FB).
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth national park – Bwindi national park.
07:00am you will have breakfast
09:00am check out of the Lodge with your packed Lunch and transfer to Bwindi national park via Ishasha
for another game drive in search of the rare tree climbing lions (however, this will depend on the road
condition to Ishasha at the time of visit otherwise you may go via Ishaka) proceeding to Bwindi
impenetrable gorilla forest national park.
1:00 – 2:30 pm: Have your packed Lunch. Instead of a packed lunch lets aim for a bush lunch at Ishasha
wilderness camp
05:00pm You will be welcomed by a welcome drink and helped with the check in into your rooms.
06:00pm you will have a cultural entertainment of the Bakiga which is totally different from what you
saw in the Northern part of the country.
07:30Pm Group dinner and retire at leisure.
Overnight at Ruhija Gorilla Lodge or Gorilla forest Camp. (Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) or
Note: Due to the nature of this area i.e Gorilla tracking activity’s carrying capacity the lodges are build to
correspond with this capacity. Most lodges have not more than 11 rooms. This means that for Bwindi Impenetrable
national park we will have to split the group in two groups or more depending on the confirmed group numbers
these will be advised upon confirmation of the trip, however, all the lodges above provide the same service and we
shall endeavor to provide similar meal menus and activities. The lodge of abode will be determined by the gorilla
permits we obtain
Day 6: Gorilla Tracking.
05:30am – 06:30 Breakfast and then prepare for your transfer to the tracking point for briefing.
06:30 am transfer to Gorilla tracking briefing point. And briefing will start at 07:00am.
Before you start the real tracking you will gather at the Uganda Wildlife Authority meeting area. Here
you will find other people as well who will track with you in the same group. A clear briefing will be www.asyanuttours-safaris.comgiven to you on what you can expect during the day as well as safety rules and behavior when you are
meeting the gentle giants. After the introduction it is time for you to start searching for the Gorilla’s.
Depending on where the Gorillas are located we can never tell you how long it will take for you to see
them. But please keep in mind that it can be active, adventurous, sometimes a bit difficult but definitely a
worth it experience, that can last a full day. (Packed lunch will be provided).
Return to the lodge in the afternoon and relax at the lodge.
07:00pm: Celebratory dinner; You will have a special celebratory dinner at the lodge. There is an option to have
the celebratory dinner in Kampala before departure. The preferred location can also be decided based on client

Day 7: Bwindi Impenetrable National park – Entebbe – Departure.
7:00 – 8:30 am: Morning group breakfast.
09:00am: After your breakfast you will check out of the lodge and head to the Kihihi Airstrip for your
flight out back to Entebbe/ Kampala. On arrival you will be received by our representatives who will then
transfer you to departures for your flight out.
07:30Pm Group dinner and retire at leisure.
