HOW IT STARTED
Asyanut Limited is trading as Asyanut Safaris Tours & Travel Ltd (a.k.a. Asyanut Safaris & Incentives), We are an indigenous safari company founded in 2003 based in Kampala Uganda. Asyanut Safaris & Incentives is a full service safari planning, packaging and execution company. We are a Destination Management Company (DMC) conducting Safaris within the East African Region and working closely with our longtime main counters in South Africa, Spain, Belgium, China and Egypt. However we are expanding our markets and partnerships with the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Scandinavia among other countries.
Asyanut Safari & Incentives is a member of the Association of Uganda Tour Operator and we are equipped with all the necessary safari gear that you need to all the destinations in East Africa. Our expertise includes professional staff, 4WD cars, knowledgeable and experienced indigenous drivers/guides and we generally offer a unique atmosphere and services to our clients.
We specialize in five main services which include:
- The provision of tailor made Safaris and Tours packages.
- The Provision of Car Hire and hire of Driver/guide.
- The provision and issuing of International Travel documents using our connections to the International Global Distribution System (AMADEUS).
- The provision of Conference coordination services and Business Tourism packages through our MICE Business, Corporate and Incentive Travel Services like Weekend getaways, corporate events and Bush incentives and Conferences.
- We also provide other services including Event Management, Project Management and Logistical Support services to companies as well as government institutions. We also organize ‘all-inclusive’ safari experiences and tours for foreign and local tourists.
